Cadillac has announced details about their new Cadillac Shield program, designed to heighten the brand's focus on customer service. This program includes: class-leading warranty coverage, a maintenance program, courtesy transportation if warranty repairs are needed, and 24-hour roadside assistance for the first five years or 100,000 miles.
