2014 Chevrolet Impala Shows Off Brand-New Look

At the New York Auto Show, which ran from April 6-15, many new models go on display showing off their new designs and extensive features. One model we here at Dan Vaden Chevrolet Cadillac were excited to see was the 2014 Chevrolet Impala, as there was much buzz surrounding its debut. Let us tell you, it certainly did not disappoint. Almost as if it were a completely new car, those in the greater Savannah area…

Chevy Malibu Gets Turbo Option

Drivers love the Chevy Malibu. It might have something to do with the 40-some-odd awards it has under its headlights or its dynamic blend of performance and fuel economy, or perhaps it's the car's ability to keep drivers' interest. In 2012, for example, Chevy will provide two new reasons to choose the Malibu: a new turbocharged variant and Eco model.

The Chevy Malibu we would like to focus on today is the turbocharged variant. Essentially, it takes the prowess of the standard Malibu and multiplies it by ten - the perfect yang to the Malibu Eco's yin. Chevy…

2013 Cadillac XTS Preview

Just recently, the Cadillac CTS reached its highest sales figures for 2011. Following that success, Cadillac showed official images and specs on the upcoming 2013 Cadillac XTS. The car will be released to dealerships by "late 2012".1

Cadillac is reporting its large luxury sedan will come in both front wheel and all wheel drive (FWD / AWD). These options can be added or subtracted from the vehicles when purchased or test driven at your local Cadillac dealer.

Images of the XTS reveal a larger front end and chrome grille. The compartment will most likely house a variety of V6, hybrid…

Chevy Sonic Tops IIHS Safety Ratings

The new 2012 Chevy Sonic has hit two very important milestones. First, when fitted with an Ecotec 1.4-liter turbo engine and six-speed manual transmission, it delivers an EPA-estimated 40 miles per gallon (mpg) highway. Second, it has just been named a Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

To earn the distinction of "IIHS Top Safety Pick", the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic had to successfully earn "Good" scores in a series of three crash tests, including: frontal offset, side impact, and roof strength. Among the many protective safety features the new 2012 Chevrolet Sonic delivers are…

Cadillac ATS Compact Concept

Would you like to travel in luxury, without SUV prices? Cadillac is offering smaller rides with great miles per gallon, while still featuring luxurious American engineering. Take the all-new Cadillac CTS sedan and coupe, for example. Starting next year, customers at Dan Vaden Cadillac, located at 9393 Abercorn Street in Savannah, GA, will have another option - the Cadillac ATS - which will be an entry level compact sedan.

Reports have stated that, "the ATS will be built alongside the CTS in Lansing, MI, on a new rear-wheel-drive architecture that will give the car authentic sport sedan styling, crisp moves, and brisk…

New Cadillac Concept Nostalgic

Cadillac loves talking about their new sporty vehicles like Cadillac CTS-V Coupe - but the American auto maker is also feeling a bit nostalgic with their latest concept. The Ciel convertible, unveiled recently at Pebble Beach in California, harkens back to the finned-Caddy's of the 1950's and 60's.

Cadillac Ciel was displayed on a rooftop in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City, as part of its world tour that will (supposedly) end later this month at the Frankfurt Motor Show. You won't see the Ciel on sale at Dan Vaden Cadillac - 9393 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA…

Chevrolet Orlando Heads To Canada

Good news everyone! Chevrolet Orlando is headed to Canada. But the crossover still won't see an American dealer. General Motor's decision to keep the European-style Orlando out of US dealerships might be due to the Chevrolet Equinox, available at Dan Vaden Cadillac of 9393 Abercorn Street in Savannah, GA, which is similar to Orlando.

Canadian audiences should get in line to check out this great new vehicle from Chevrolet. Orlando's small frame is misleading; you can fit a lot of French bread loaves and bags of pasta in the compartments of this crossover.

And it's not…

The Cadillac DTS Replacement

As the final Cadillac DTS rolls off its assembly line in Michigan, America's luxury auto maker is throwing out more hints about a replacement, which will be on sale at Dan Vaden Chevrolet Cadillac - 9393 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA.

So far, all signs point to the upcoming Cadillac XTS as the next-gen DTS take over. Sharing its platform with Buick's LaCrosse (meaning a mid-size front wheel drive vehicle), XTS will also share space at the Lansing, MI facility where some Buicks are constructed.

"Although timing has not been determined, Cadillac plans to add a car larger than the…

Chevrolet Cruze Step In Right Direction

Car reviews won't stop praising the all new Chevrolet Cruze - not only does it pick up where other Chevy vehicle left off in terms of best in class style and performance, the car is attractive both in price and looks.

Available now at your local Chevrolet dealer, Cruze makes sure you're safe behind the wheel, while saving at the pump and getting to your destination quickly.

Some were concerned about a starting price of $16,275 for this vehicle - but as it turns out that compares to the asking price for competition vehicles. After dealer incentives and monthly…

New Chevrolet Five-Door Cruze

With both British and World Touring Car Championships in its armory, the Cruze is a clear winner. However, Chevrolet isn't one to sit idle and revel in their success. Instead, they're already pulling the wraps off a new variant.

If you remember back to the Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback concept car that previewed at the Paris Motor Show in September 2010, you'll have at least a vague idea of what the eagerly anticipated newcomer looks like. The design earned lots of free flowing praise from show attendees and industry experts alike. The real deal, however, promises to warrant…
